Maddox and his pumpkin

At the pumpkin festival last weekend Maddox became attached to a small pumpkin. He carried it around the entire time that we were in the section to purchase pumpkins. He tossed it, rolled it, talked to it, and shared it with other kids that walked by.

I didn't buy it for him at the time because I didn't want to have to carry it around all day. But tonight while I was at the store I saw some very similar to the one that he fell in love with, and I bought it. He was so excited to see it when I brought it home. Here he is now, in bed for the night.
